First Stop: Welcome to The Grove

- The Gate -

The Grove is a private venue. In order to enter, a personalized gate code is given for your tour and for your wedding day. The gates open up to The Grove's beautiful mile-long, tree tunnel entrance.

- Signs -

The Grove has beautiful wooden signage at the gate as well as throughout the 50 acre property directing you and your guests to the different facilities.

- The Road -

One of the most special things about The Grove is the beautiful, mile-long drive that you and your guests will drive through when entering The Grove. This tree tunnel is The Grove's signature. It makes for a gorgeous first impression. It is also one of our most popular photo spots!

Next Stop: Bridal Suite

Before walking down the aisle, relax and enjoy being pampered with some of the most important women in your life. Our luxurious bridal suite is 1,200 square feet of pure bridal bliss. It's the perfect space for getting ready on your most special day. The suite is located across the property, away from the hustle and bustle of vendors and guests.

- Vanity Room -

The vanity room includes a conversational seating area, floor to ceiling mirrors, and five vanities. This room is full of natural light making it ideal for pictures, hair and makeup.

- Fun Fact -

The Bridal Suite looks out onto a gorgeous meadow.

- Kitchenette -

The kitchenette and eating area is just through the double doors of the vanity room. Keep the champagne cold and fizzy and store refreshments to enjoy while getting ready. Sit down and share a meal together or use the dining table to arrange snacks and other goodies.

- Living Room Lounge -

The lounge is open to the eating area. This large, open concept layout is wonderful for keeping everyone together for these special moments. Relax in the lounge before and after getting ready. This wonderful space is perfect for sharing stories and reminiscing over old memories together.

- Bedroom -

The bridal master bedroom is located right off of the lounge featuring a vintage bed. This serene space is the perfect place to pause while getting ready. Take bridal portraits or have a silly picturesque moment with your bridesmaids here.

The bridal master bedroom has a private ensuite.

Next Stop: Road to Ceremony and Reception

- A Scenic Drive -

The Bridal Suite is in its own building completely private from Ceremony and Reception Sites. This means you will not have any accidental run-ins with any guests or your soon-to-be spouse! Once it's time for the ceremony, the Bridal Suite to the Ceremony Site is just a quick drive away. On the drive over, catch a sneak peak of the Reception Sites and the treehouse!

- The Treehouse -

The Treehouse is The Grove's hidden gem. Many people do not know about it until they are here in person! It is the perfect spot for romantic couples portraits. It also is surrounded by a meadow that gets vibrant wildflowers in the Spring and Summer! In Winter and Fall, the grasses remain tall and natural making it very picturesque.

Next Stop: Ceremony Site

- Ceremony Entrance -

The Ceremony Site is quietly nestled within the forest. The natural beauty is so dreamy and romantic. Guests will enter through gorgeous trees into a welcome space. Many couples personalize this space by adding welcome signage, a welcome table and a greeter/usher. This welcome space flows seamlessly to the entrance arbor. The entrance arbor marks the start of the aisle where you and your bridal party will line up and start the processional. This arbor comes beautifully draped with ivory curtains. It can be additionally dressed up and further customized with greenery, floral or ribbon.

The Grove's guest parking is just steps away from the Ceremony Site entrance. The thick forest surrounding the Ceremony Site keeps this out of sight from pictures. The best of both worlds!

- Ceremony Aisle -

Once you walk through the entrance arbor, there is a gorgeous aisle. The aisle allows for the perfect amount of time for precious moments to be captured such as your reaction and your spouse's reaction to seeing each other. You can add personal touches down the aisle such as floral arrangements, LED candles, vintage rugs, signs and so much more.

- Ceremony Benches -

Guests will be seated on stunning, handcrafted cedar benches.

The wooden benches add to the natural feel of the Ceremony Site!

- Ceremony Arbor -

The Ceremony Site features a unique, custom built ceremony arbor. The ceremony arbor is wrapped with vines and branches foraged from The Grove's forest. It is the perfect backdrop for this natural setting. It is so easy to personalize!

Next Stop: Reception Sites

- Cocktail Hour -

After saying "I Do", sneak away to take magical portraits around The Grove's fifty acres of property while your guests enjoy cocktail hour. The Reception Sites are just a quick walk through the parking lot from Ceremony Site. The Grove's expansive covered patio and meadow create the perfect spaces for guests to enjoy cocktails, appetizers and maybe even a lawn game or two!

- Cafe Lights -

The Grove's cafe-lit meadow is a wonderful place to host your cocktail hour. It is also a dreamy setting for a completely outdoor reception! With the Reception Building only a few steps away, your caterer has use of the prep kitchen and guests have easy access to restrooms.

This gorgeous meadow also serves as a secondary outdoor Ceremony Site!

- Reception Building -

The Grove's Reception Building features beautiful windows that show off the incredible property views and French doors that open up to the large covered patio and cafe lights. Inside there are cedar trusses, exquisite chandeliers and exposed A/C ducts. These features create the perfect combination of rustic/industrial, elegant and modern. It is a beautiful slate to decorate whatever your style may be.

The Reception Building also features a prep kitchen, ADA compliant Men's and Women's restrooms and a Groom's Room.
